Hi,

We had an issue related to incremental catalog import using XML file.

This is because we have an empty valued attribute as shown below.

 <Product Definition="CEProduct" ProductID="9780006645887">
      <DisplayName value="The High Hills" language="en-US" />
      <SeriesTitle value="" language="en-US" />
    </Product>

So as suggested in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954726/ hot fix, we have installed this hot fix.

But still import status is "Completed with errors" and error is "Line:9 Object set not reference to an instance of object".

Our server's configuration is:

Windows Server 2003

Commerce Server 2007 Enterprise edition with SP2 and installed hot fixes KB958771 , KB954726 .

Can any one please let me know, do we need to do any thing else to get it worked.

We have searched for this issue but from every where redirecting to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954726/, but unfortunately this is not working in our scenario.

did you consider the option to raise the issue to the Microsoft support team (PSS)????
personally I think that there are few bugs still open in the catalog import.
