Please help! I have tried everything you all have posted on here and nothing is helping mine.

My speakers are connected correctly, my device manager is configured correctly, default audio cards and devices are correct, I have already gone thru the trouble shooter and nothing helps.

 I changed nothing on my computer and one day all the sounds is gone from my frequented websites like MySpace, Yahoo Messenger, and You Tube. My Windows medial player plays everything just fine and so does iTunes. That is how I know my speakers are fine.

It always appears that the sound is playing but I hear nothing even with the volume at max.

What else is there to do? Some of you resolved your sound issue. What am I missing?
