This forum is dedicated to questions about Application compatibility and Certification on Windows Server 2008.

However, to answer your question --> going through the link which you sent , If you check the status it says :

"This is not a problem in SQL Server. This is a problem in Windows Server 2003 and in Windows 2000. This problem does not occur in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008."

As far as my understanding this may not fix your issue since it says so.
