We're planning to deploy a Surface 2.0 table on-site at our client. The IT department of the client requires the Surface table to be installed with a predefined Windows 7 image.

    The official answer would be: Not supported.

Also I noticed (I don't know if this is your case) that if you connect the SUR40 to an AD doman and you try to launch Surface Mode when the AD is notreachable you will not able to launch it.
