Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your DSL connection in your Windows Developer Preview installation.  My first suggestion is that you make sure you have the latest drivers for your PC's network adapter from either the PC manufacturer's support site or the network adapter manufacturer's support site.  Please reply back with your findings and also more detail on the make and model of the PC and network adapter you are using.
