Hello,

I've just updated my version of Silverlight on my mac, downloaded fine, installed with no problems, I can see the pluggin file but it is no longer being read by Safari.

Now when I view video content I get a download Silverlight message and when directed to the silverlight page it prompts me to download again rather than seeing the files on my system.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Please check the compatible browser in following link first, whether your browser is supported.

If supported, please check whether you have enabled Silverlight in your browser. Since your computer is Mac, I think you are using Safari mostly. Please enable the Silverlight with below step. If not Safari, please tell me which browser you are using.

Safari -> preferences -> security -> Plugin-settings
