I have a 32 bit legacy app that is installed by a Wise InstallBuilder EXE.  The script in InstallBuilder to generate this installer is over 600 lines.  It needs to be able to read and set values in INI files, read and write registry values, run other EXE files.  I now need to convert this installer to an MSI installer.  My understanding is there are multiple levels of Install Shield.  Which one would I need for this task and are all the above requirements available in any of the Install Shield products?
