Can someone please share with me the difference between lists made inside SharePoint and lists made via export from Excel?  What I don't understand is why in SharePoint the two lists have different options.  I don't get powerapps or other options with the Excel imported list. Even the icon used for the lists are different, and yet I can't find info on different types of lists and why there is such a difference on what you can do with them.

To clarify, the list made from excel was done via full export from an excel table.
