Hi Sasi

This error basically means that the BRI resolver didn't return the itinerary. So the rule execution at BRI step is not returning the itinerary name. Can you test the BRI policy in isolation with your input message - maybe things like message type/some condition is not correct.

Did you import/publish the Itinerary Definition in the new environment?

Did you check if the message type you are sending to WCF Receive Location is of correct type as in old environment, and are the schemas deployed in this environment?
