I am trying to make a simple adrotator ad in expression.  I need to use behaviors to link to my adrotator xml file.  I cannot get my behaviors to show in the toolbar area.  I have checked off behaviors in the Panels menu.  This is the behavior panel that appears with the tag properties menu (not the behavior in in manage sytles grouping).  Help please! And thank you!  I hope I have explained myself fully.

Ad rotators require scripting either server side or javascript. Neiher will show up in design view because it isn't a web server or a browser. You have to preview them in a browser preferably (even with javascript ones) by using the setting under Site Settings to preview all pages using the testing server.
