I have an application written in VB6 & Crystal Report 8.5 and its working fine on XP

and  when i am installing it on Windows 7 Professional, it is still working but the Crystal Report is taking too long time to display the result. if i am login with administrator then there is no problem at all. only problem is with users.

Please suggest me what shall i do. I installed CRRedist2008_x64.exe and i changed compatibility setting but nothing change.

Hello, Cr 8.5 is almost 10 years old and therefore has no inkling of Windows 7 or it's user permissions. As for distributing  CRRedist2008_x64.exe that is for Visual Studio 2008 and the included CR 10.5 runtime. It's of no use for CR 8.5.

我认为CR 8.5仅支持Windows 2000 Server 32位，而且不高。

I believe CR 8.5 is only supported on Windows 2000 Server 32 bit an nothing higher.
