Recently I am facing a very weird issue in Visual Studio. When I am modifying some file and hitting save then those file are not coming in the Changes list in the Team Explorer and also I am not able to commit the changes. Earlier I was able to push the changes to the same branch but now I am not able to.

Suggest you clean the VS client caches first, then create a new local repository and remap it with the source (Clone from your Git repo again). Then try it again.
