I have run some examples from the SDK Browser 2.0, and they seemed working fine.
Now I'm trying to develop some simple application, which uses skeletal joints only (neither depth nor RGB data).
After some tests, I noticed that performances (in particular the frame rate at which joints are updated and the
BodyFrameReader.FrameArrived
event is triggered) decrease with time. After one or two hours, my application was not usable at all, so I started the configuration verifier tool, and it shows a variable frame rate, fluctuating between 1 and 9 fps:
So I rebooted my PC, and run again this tool. This time, frame rate oscillated between 18 and 25 fps (less or more):
I am using Windows 8.1 and developing in C# with WPF, and as you can see all the hardware requirements seem to be satisfied.
