I uninstalled Microsoft Office and then contacted Microsoft and they reinstalled Microsoft Office 2016. Since then I have not been able to use my scanner. I contacted Fujitsu and had three different representatives use TeamViewer to try to solve the problem and reinstall some C++. I still have the problem and cannot use my scanner. I constantly have the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc015002). Click on OK to close the application." In the upper-left corner it says PfuSsMon.exe Application Error. So far I've probably spent 3 hours with a representative from Fujitsu. They are not sending the problem to hteir engineers in Tokyo. I still think it may have something to do with the re-installation of Microsoft Office since the scanner stopped working after it was installed.
