I am learning about consuming web service that requires client to sign soap (header) with private key.
Could you please suggest me with some articles or sample that may help me for same.

I am not an expert on Soap services but sounds to me like you are looking for Server certifcates. In order for someone to connect to your server you need to generate a certificate on your server and give such certificate to the guy who wants to connect to the server to authenticate. I have connected to many Soap Services where I was given such a certificate or key.
