I'm trying to find a way to adjust automatically the height of the tasks bars, when changing the occcupational rate of a ressource. i.e. If X works 100% on a task, the height of the bar will be the same as the one who is working 50% on an other task. Is it possible to change the height depending on the occupational rate of one ressource ? I'm very bad in using VBA codes, so do you have one capable to do it ?

Customizing bar height probably won't work since there are only 6 possible bar shapes. Overall bar height is adjustable but it will apply to all bars, not just select ones. You could use a different bar color, that will give you a wider array of choices. Either way, Gantt Bars are formatted using the GanttBarFormat Method. The full syntax can be found in the Object Browser when in the VB Editor.
