The main action item is to switch from using v9 service endpoints to v10 endpoints. See Bing Ads Web Service Addresses for the list of supported v10 services. Note: Per the blog announcement on v9 sunset you can continue using Customer Billing, Customer Management, and Reporting v9 services.

Then you can refer to Migrating from Bing Ads API Version 9 to Version 10 for the list of breaking changes from v9 to v10 which require code changes. Depending on your development environment reading the entire guide is not needed. For example if you use Visual Studio with a .NET language such as C#, after changing from the v9 to v10 endpoint you will likely see some compilation errors indicating the required changes.
