I need to create an app which reads all emails in a specified mailbox, and inserts some key information into an SQL db.

我需要插入正文，收到将date，messageID和主题放入一个表中。

I need to insert body text, received date, messageID and the subject into one table.

然后我需要插入电子邮件地址，无论是在To from还是cc字段和addresstype（内部或非内部）到另一个表中。

I then need to insert email address, whether it was in the To from or cc field and the addresstype (internal or not) into another table.

 your question mostly deponds on Message tracking operations. Because Message tracking operations performed to retrived all mail details like subject, CC,To, from, Date, messageId, etc..
