I am attempting to compile a list of all environment approvers for all of our projects in TFS (on-prem Version 15.112.26307.0). I am using the $expand=environments flag according to the documentation. However, not all of the environment information is being returned in the JSON. Specifically, there is no information on pre/post deploy approvals nor deploy steps (screenshot below). Is there another place I need to query to retrieve that information?

Did you use "Get a list of release definitions" API? This API could not expand all the environment information, it just provide general environment information for all the release definition.

有关环境的详细信息，您需要使用"获取版本定义" ;  API，特定于发布定义ID。

For detail information of environment , you need to use "Get a release definition" API, specific the Release definition id.
