When trying to login to office.com or onedrive.com (any of the MS services) using my personal email address, I am presented with a message asking me to pick 'personal' or 'School or Work' account. I can select the personal account and then provide the password just fine to access my data/services. However, I have no idea how there is a work/school account with my same email address. I have tried to log in using all of my known passwords without success. If I try to reset the password, I am told there is no account with that email address. I have tried any/all MS support methods I can find(email, chat, phone), and I keep getting bounced around. I finally found an article that mentioned that MS business is Azure...
