After I update my phone and windows app it is not showing the update mark and is still the old version. You need to re install it to see the new figures. It will be hard for the people to know about updates and information.

How much time passed between the update passing certification and you manually reinstalling the App. The phone and PC check only once a day for updates (unless you force a manual check). It's therefore likely that the PC would have picked up the update on it's own after a day.
