What is the story with IE7. There is some kind of issue with getting it to display the favicon for any website. I have visited loads of websites that have favicons and they display fine in other browsers.

IE7 definitely will not refresh the favicon if it has one already in its cache. I can get it to refresh but with a great deal of messing that my website visitors are not going to do.
