     I have a user that is trying to print an org chart with pictures added to 'Coin' org chart shapes. When she prints from her workstation (printer does not matter) the output has removed all pictures added. Other users (including me) can print the same chart correctly. Pictures show up fine.

I have searched but unable to find anything like this. We are running Win7 Pro 64 bit and she has Office 2013.

Did this problem only appear in "Coin" Org Chart?

First please confirm if you change to other type of Org Chart, is the problem still exists.
