您好，

我已经建立了两个翻译项目，一个是从英语到amharic，另一个是从amharic到英语，使用相同的数据集。但是第一个的蓝色分数是17％，而另一个的7分是造成这种差异的原因。并且Blue得分是否完美
衡量翻译质量？

I have built two translation project one from english to amharic and another from amharic to english using the same set of data. But the blue score for the first one is 17% while for the other one 7% what causes this difference. and Does the Blue score perfectly measures the translation quality?
