When saving a WPA profile, this beta seems to save the time axis as well. If i import the WPA profile on another trace, then the same time axis is applied, and unzoom is not working, making the WPA profile feature useless.

When saving a WPA session and loading it again, my graphs do not appear back in te state as when i closed it. I would expect the exact same state. e.g. If i have selected specific items (files, threads) to display, would expect to find these same lines on the chart when i re-open it.

You'll be glad to hear that WPA profile issue you describe does not repro in the upcoming Windows 8 Beta version of WPA. WPA session files do persist time based selection, but at present unfortunately do not persist table based selections. Such selections can be highly complex (tables can host millions of rows) and could result in huge session files. At present only Generic Events level support is provided for network I/O events. Look for Microsoft-TCPIP provider.
