The miniuart is pretty janky has known thermal throttling issues on linux, and on Win10 IoT core it's also giving me problems. In raspbian I can just disable BT and swap the UARTs around so that the pl011 is connected to the GPIO pins rather than the bluetooth adapter. Can I do this on windows? (w/o device tree of course)
