您好

客户告知刚购买的持久应用内商品未获得应用许可。

Customer is telling that just purchased durable in-app item is not licenced at app.

今天29.9.2014或者一些新问题出现的任何问题？

Any issues on going as today 29.9.2014 or some new issue ?

我如何检查特定客户是否已经购买了应用内商品？应用程序自然应该知道，但是我可以检查来自其他源开发中心报告的具体购买情况，例如客户的实时ID等吗？

How I can check that specific custmer has relly purchased in-app item ? App naturally should know that but can I check specific purchase from some other source dev center reports  e.g with customers live id etc ?
