The question about conversion of XML to XSD is incorrect, because: 1) XSD file is already an XML file, and "converting" a file to the identical file makes no semantical or practical sense; 2) as to the semantic of those files, XML is used to contain data, and XSD understood semantically as the XML schema — metadata; this way, a single schema is used to represent a set of different XML files conforming to the schema, theoretically speaking — in general case, infinite countable set. You cannot convert one file conforming to some schema to some infinite set.
