I am accessing the Bing ads api with PHP using the reporting functionality. I want to run this from the command line, so it's not really possible to do callbacks etc for getting a proper authenticationcode. Is it possible to do Resource owner password credential Grant?

Great question. Your Bing Ads user will need to authenticate and provide consent for the application to manage Bing Ads accounts at least once via a web browser control. Then via Authorization Code Grant Flow, you can use the refresh token to run an unattended application. Please let me know if you have any questions.
