I am using VS2010 RC + the 2010 power tools and when I right click a folder in Source Control Explorer and select Find in Source Control -> Status... and put my username in the Display files checked out to field, I get no results. I know I have files checked out though. This same procedure works correctly in VS2008. Is this a bug?

Did you type your full account like   domain\username? Team Explorer2008 supports username or domain\username, but VS2010RC only support domain\username.
