Can I use the free (Test and Feedback) extension to record my windows application running on a Virtual environment.

Note: I have my TFS 2015 installed in a server machine available over the web. I also have all admin privileges.(so , that's not an issue) I want to record the tests I am running manually in the VM and map it to the test runner/controller that is available to me in the TFS 2015 web environment . Kindly suggest if this is possible and what additional things I need to make it happen. I know that Lab management software can be used to resolve connection issues with a local (physical) machine and an SCVMM environment. Any help/other suggestions are appreciated here.... Thanks!!
