In Beta1 when there was no permission (for the user) for a query, A screen based on the query displayed 'the current user has no permission to execute the named query' with a prominent red border.

If there has been a change, it won't be to the CanExecute method, which simply modifies a boolean value.

The way the screen object *reacts* to CanExecute being false may have changed though. I didn't use it in B1, so I can't confirm if that has changed, sorry.
