I could not found an answer to my question,

Is the event id in the event log unique in all event logs ?

或仅按来源？

ie可以在"系统"中找到相同的事件id。以及"安全" ？

i.e. the same event id can be found in "System" and also in "Security" ?

Event IDs are unique for a given Source.  Since different sources may write to different logs, Event IDs are not unique to a given log, or even to the same log.
