Is there any examples that i could filter duplicate values of excel and move them to be show on userform of the listbox?

if you are using 2010 of Ms.Office, then you have an option on Excel ribbon - REMOVE DUPLICATES when you click on the DATA menu item.

Next: select the addres in the list item's source property

eg:  if you have the non duplicate items in range a2..a22 then in the ROW SOURCE property - type a2..a22.

This will solve your problem.
