I wish to extract a list of all Scheduled Conferences (i.e. List all of todays conferences) from OCS, I've seen the API for the hosted LiveMeeting service that can do this very easily, but obviously that's not available for OCS, UCMA is the way to go.

         No currently there is no direct API available in UCMA to list scheduled conferences based on day.
