Is there a magic button?  No.

How hard?  From trivial (just open the local copy of the site in EW) to extremely tedious, depending on what features of FP you used in your site.  Those that depended on FrontPage Server Extensions will need to be removed/replaced, since it sounds like your hosting company, as most are, is dumping them. MS stopped supporting them years ago.

One example: if you used shared borders, you'll need to remove those in FP before you open the site in EW4: they aren't supported in EW, and in fact can end up trashed if you open the site in EW4.

You can still use design-side includes, since they are handled locally, not on the server.

Make a local copy of your entire site, and save it somewhere safe.  (This is the "oh, no, I trashed it!" recovery copy.)

Make another copy to work on during the transition.
