In our production environment we're seeing users prompted to enter their user name and password at seemingly random intervals.  Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get it to accept.

We're running a pretty standard environment with a single application server.

In our test environment, we don't see this behavior, but it's a simple installation where the DB and App is on the same machine.

Checked to make sure we're using Integrated Authentication in the webconfig file.

I've seen this problem myself, but have been unable to recreate it at will.  I can't find any pattern, but have observerd that it usually involves something task related.  I'm entering a task, or team query, and I update or close the window.
