Please execute the query below:

SELECT  *
  FROM [Tfs_SWT].[dbo].[tbl_project_properties] 
  where name in ('CurrentProcessTemplateId', 'OriginalProcessTemplateId', 'ProcessTemplateType', 'Process Template')
  order by project_id

Check whether IDs of default process templates in tfs_configuration match the projects in your collection?
