When I review a Pull Request, I tend to step through the commits one-by-one rather than go through the files for the entire PR. I also like to comment inline on the individual commit. Unfortunately these comments don't seem to show up on the PR Overview screen which is where the owning developer expects to find any outstanding comments to address.

Is there a setting somewhere to surface the comments on the individual commits in the PR, or is this (broken) behaviour by design?
