Hello to everyone,

I am new on using pubcenter and i have a fill rate 10% in a week sometimes it's 5% and so on can you please tell if this is normal I've contacted Microsoft support but they say nothing meaningful.
They told me it's not normal and then they said that it's normal can anyone please give an answer ?

Yes, this is normal.

Support will either ignore you, or at best send you a copy-pasted email about how this is down to variations in the market, and how they are "doing everything they can to improve things".

There's a reason why these forums are so quiet these days, save for spam links about how to illegally watch various shows and movies - most of the long-term users of pubcenter are now so jaded with how things have just gone from bad to worse that they have given up on pubcenter completely.

Do yourself a favour and switch to another ad provider if you can - everyone else is voting with their feet these days.
