The sum total of the file sizes of the application resources has exceeded the available memory your system has. Remember this does not d any paging. You can check by adding the sizes of all the resources and comparing with the free memory you may have on the server.

Either you have too many resources in this application or the size of one of the components is huge (which would be strange if you have DLL's running into GB's).
