What is the code to export the R squared value to a data cell?

I want to make a list of the R-squared values in a spread sheet.

I also want to add a trend-line then rename it to include the R-squared values. I plan on just using a string operation but I don't know how to assign a variable the numerical value of the R-squared value for that trend-line.(or any trend-line for that matter)
