I am working with expression blend and i tried to reference OPCWPF.dll from open automation software but it gave me the following response

Unfortunately, the error message is quite accurate. If the DLL was not built against the silverlight runtime, you can't use it in a silverlight project. From the name, it looks like you may be able to use it in a WPF project, which you can also create from within Blend. Alternatively, you could contact the people who created the DLL and ask for a silverlight version -- they may have one available for you to use. Best of luck!
