First off, I am wondering who "I" is?

After a recent dedicated server move, I am now getting this error when I try to connect using sftp or ftps. Regular unsecured ftp seems to work fine. New SSL certs have been installed on the target server.

What is odd is that this looks like a local problem. The 192.168.1.xx is my local PC and the second IP is that of my router's WAN connection. From the looks of this error, there's stubborn little man inside my computer that won't plug in the connection....I suspect that stubborn little man is EW4.

500表示服务器权限问题。

500 idicates a server permissions issue.
