I'm unable to get the newer version of PI2, v1.2 to boot when installing Windows IOT.  I can, however, install IOT to a slightly older PI2, v1 I think, and that runs just fine.

I'm installing the latest Windows 10 IOT Core (14393) at the time of writing.  After installing it just gets stuck on the GPU test rainbow screen and the green LED flashes 4 times.  I've tried multiple re-flashes, Windows Insider Preview, power supplies etc..  All I can say is that the original PI2 I have works without a hitch on the same SD card.

Is there any significant change, with the later build of PI2, that has made it incompatible with Windows IOT?  Has anyone else had success installing to this version and build of PI?
