Are we ( Developers ) allowed to call two Speech Recognition Services at the same time ? The reason is that for us to do simultaneous recognition ( Example. One getting result from server and the other start recognizing again , vice versa )

The best spot for this question is the Bing Developer Center for Speech (bing.com/dev/en-us/speech). I am guessing you are asking about Windows Phone?  I'll let you clarify that and whether you're trying to do simultaneous reco to do local and remote at the same time or for some other reason.
