在"零印象"之后是否有人看到非常低的填充率问题已在几天前得到解决。 

Is there anybody seeing very low fill-rate after the "zero impression" issue has been resolved few days ago. 

在我的情况下，在上周发生了错误的报告之后，你们所有人都知道（并且已经解决了），我的填写率从大约85％下降到15％！结果，我的印象大幅下降。 

In my case, after the wrong report happened last week as all of you may know (and it has been resolved), my fill-rate has gone down from around 85% to just 15%!!! As a result, my impression a gain plummeted.
