I need to decode  (?) urls which seems to be more and more used, especially in script redirections... these urls usually start with ahr0cdovl2 which I guess either represents www or http:// - either way it does not make any sense. So if you have any idea what this form of encoding is and how I can decode it I would be greatfull.

By the way, I have seen this encoding in many many different sites from around the world so I don't think it is proprietory. Just through the little snippet into google and you will see what I mean, although there is no help there with encoding / decoding the string.

you are just picking up part of a unique identifier which has no encoding.
