I am getting a message about secure and insecure content and I have checked the source of all the resources on the page, and all of them appear to be https. I downloaded httpwatch and that confirmed that they are all https calls, but there is an odd thing: if I say to load the insecure content, I get two requests that say https://:/ but if I say not to load the insecure content, I only get one with that strange url. IE is the only browser that has problems with this page - Firefox and Safari etc all are OK with it.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to track down this issue.
