Apparently, WinQual moved (or has been integrated into) to sysdev.microsoft.com. When I log onto sysdev, I have no idea where to look for

There is a section "Reports" that seems to list my responses, but that's all. The section "Bug Management" doesn't seem to apply, since I'm told that I don't have access rights to it ("We're sorry! Your company does not currently have the required permissions to use the Bug Management application. Please contact support with your business need."). I guess this is something related to driver signing, not WER.

I have the same problem. In addition, I see that there are some updated Legal Agreements that apparently need signing, however a couple look like they may not apply to us. Sadly, the hwlogo@microsoft.com e-mail address that is quoted on the Agreements seems to no longer work. Guidance would be a "good thing".
